a\u00f1os Colombia ha suscrito una serie de convenios con otros pa\u00edses tanto Latinoamericanos, como europeos y asi\u00e1ticos, con el fin de evitar que se impongan cargas tributarias sobre un mismo hecho a sus residentes durante el mismo per\u00edodo fiscal.<\/p><p>Para la OCDE (Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico) la doble tributaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica internacional puede definirse como resultado de la aplicaci\u00f3n de impuestos similares, en dos o m\u00e1s Estados, a un mismo contribuyente, respecto de la misma materia imponible y por el mismo per\u00edodo de tiempo.<\/p><p>A nivel internacional, la doble tributaci\u00f3n genera barreras a los pa\u00edses para poder incursionar en los mercados externos y desarrollar su comercio exterior, por lo cual, en materia de impuesto sobre renta y patrimonio, desde el a\u00f1o 2004 hasta la fecha nuestro pa\u00eds cuenta con 15 convenios suscritos y vigentes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0dd3e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"f0dd3e0\"
